TYPESETTING - Included at no charge. Our in-house computerized typesetting and camera facilities enable us to provide the very best service possible on rush orders.

CATALOGUE ILLUSTRATIONS - In this catalogue, we have illustrated some of our products with various trademarks. It is not our intention to misrepresent or misuse any trademark. We do this for illustration purposes.

ARTWORK (Black & White) - Whenever possible, please provide camera ready black and white. Remember the best quality imprint depends on the quality of artwork provided. If artwork requires modification we will advise of any costs before proceeding.

DIGITAL ARTWORK - All artwork of this kind must be supplied on PC formatted disk or CD. You may also e-mail them to us directly at: sales@sterling-creations.com

The following file types are the most suitable: CorelDraw, Illustrator, EPS or TIFF. Note: TIFF files MUST be black and white only.

COPY LIMITATION - We use our best judgment on imprint size. Should you require specific sizing, please specify on your order.

ONE COLOUR IMPRINTING - Unless otherwise stated, one colour imprint (with or without logo) is included in the price of our products. Please refer to Catalogue Product Description.

MULTI-COLOUR IMPRINTING - Available only on models indicated in the catalogue with this printing option.

OVERRUNS & UNDERRUNS - We reserve the right to ship and invoice 5% over or under the quantity ordered.

UN-IMPRINTED MERCHANDISE - Any products ordered without imprint will be invoiced at the end quantity price.

REPEAT ORDERS - Make reference to previous order or supply sample with artwork previously used.

PRICES - All pricing indicated in this catalogue does not include any applicable taxes.

LABELS - If shipping label is not supplied with order, an additional charge of $1.80 per label will apply.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS - $3.50 per address, excluding first.

SHIPPING - Please indicate method of shipment preferred. If not specified, we will use our own discretion.

TERMS - Net 30 days OAC., 1% - 15 days. We accept payments by Visa credit cards.

VERBAL ORDERS - We prefer faxed orders to verbal orders where possible as we do everything to avoid errors.

SPECIFICATIONS - We reserve the right to alter standard colours and materials or delete any model without prior notice.

CANCELLATION - Orders canceled in progress are subject to charges done on work completed to date.

GUARANTEE - We guarantee all our products for imprint quality and against manufacturers' defects.
