Currency:

All prices for our on line catalogue and/or custom made products sold outside Canada, are quoted in U.S. Dollars.

 

Accounts:

First-time customers, when placing your order, you can phone, fax or email us to set up your account and orders, also we do accept both VISA and MasterCard and also we ship via Canada Post on a C.O.D. bases (but there is an additional $8.00 fee).

Minimum order of $100.00 (before shipping and taxes). If orders are less than $100.00, an additional $10.00 handling fee will be added to the invoice.

Taxes:

All applicable taxes are extra for orders within Canada, and will be added unless exemption certificate is provided showing any tax exempt status and/or number.

 

Prices:

Prices are subject to change without written or verbal notice, please ask for a quote for each and every new order, unless otherwise indicated in your blanket order or contract, a written personalized quote may be provided upon request, and is usually valid for a period of 15 days unless otherwise specified.

 

Orders:

All custom orders and first time purchase requires a 50% advance payment, net C.O.D., all custom orders and orders made to your specifications are not subject to cancellation or return and will be invoiced accordingly, payments will be credited to our account, two days prior to shipping day.

 

Payment:

Minimum invoice for cash and carry orders is $25.00 before taxes, a receipt for your purchase will be provided upon request, all other payments are accepted including cash, money order, certified cheque, Visa or MasterCard and must have sufficient funds to cover the cost of your purchase which is the total amount on your invoice.

 

Terms:

Payment terms are net 30 days, on approved credit, to establish an account, supply one bank reference and three trade references and been at least two years in business, In the province of Ontario.

All new credit applications, requires minimum of two weeks for approval, unpaid balances are, subject to 2.% Interest compounded monthly, 24% annually.

 

Non commercial delivery:

All orders shipped to a non commercial location, including private residences houses, apartments... etc, or other locations that is not recognized as commercial establishment, are subject to surcharge of $15.00 for each carton delivered, please specify if your shipping address is a commercial, industrial address or otherwise when placing your order. Also additional $9.00 handling charge, per location is added to any order drop-shipped to more than one location.

 

Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees for most items to the vast majority of Canada are 20% - 25% of the purchase price and 25% -30% to the United States. If the cost for shipping your order is higher than the fixed 30% amount, you will be notified for your approval before you order is processed. Shipping fees do not include packaging, handling, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other taxes and/or fees other than the shipping standard fee for transporting the item(s).
