Prices quoted for all our products are for pick up from our location only., if shipping to your location is requested, all packaging, insurance, taxes (w/a) shipping and handling charges will apply and will be added on to the cost of the product(s) if requested. Please specify when ordering.
 
Production schedule:
Deliveries on custom made products, are based on our work schedule at time, of order, standard production time on most items usually 4-6 weeks, all other pre-molded or pre-fabricated items will be shipped within 1-2 weeks, based on the availability of the products.
 
Warranty and Liability:
Sterling Creations Inc., makes no warranty of any kind, whatever, express or implied; and any implied warranty of merchandise or physical, for a particular purpose, is hereby disclaimed by Sterling Creations Inc., the purchaser assumes all responsibility for testing and using these products in the application for which they are intended to be used and all risk of liability and damages due to improper use of products.
 
Products Specifications:
All dimensions of our custom fabricated products in width, length, and depth are approximate and not exact, including material thickness, all duplicated products may vary from the original prototype or sample.
 
We have the right to substitute any item on your order for a similar, lessor or more value, for all small orders, we'll ship what we manufacture or have in stock at the time of order and customer will be invoiced for the cost of the product accordingly.
 
Packaging:
Packaging charges will apply to all our products picked up or shipped out of our Guelph, Ontario plant, the cost is based on the size and type of product, and the size and type of the shipping container, ( Poly bags, skid, corrugated boxes, foam peanuts, bubble sheets, cartons,..etc.), cost of packaging will be added to the cost of products if requested, please inquire.
 
Shipping:
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Our plant, Guelph, Ontario, plant. All duty, brokerage fee(s) (where applicable) and shipping charges including insurance (if requested by client), local or state taxes, are extra for orders shipped out of our plant, unless pick up is arranged by client, we will attempt to ship via the least expensive courier, including Canada Post, shipping date are approximate, and are based upon the receipt of your necessary information, we accept no responsibility for delays of any kind whatsoever.
 
Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees for most items to the vast majority of Canada are 20% - 25% of the purchase price and 25% -30% to the United States. If the cost for shipping your order is higher than the fixed 30% amount, you will be notified for your approval before you order is processed. Shipping fees do not include duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other taxes and/or fees other than the delivery carriers standard fee for transporting the item(s).
 
Claims:
Clients are advised to inspect all shipment upon receipt, for damages or shortages, in all cases, purchaser assumes all risk of loss or damage to products in transit and the responsibility for filing a claim with the carrier. In the event of freight damage, keep all packaging material including all tracking numbers and notify the courier immediately, also indicate any damages on the shipping documents before signing.
We do not accept any returned damaged products to us, all costs of S&H, brokerage charges where is applicable will be charged to the customer.
 
Cancellations & Returns:
Returns of molded items only, must be authorized by Sterling Creations Inc. and to be in saleable condition, in its original packaging, pre-paid transportation, accompanied by our original invoice and packing list for prompt credit. NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FROM OUTSIDE CANADA.
 
Re-stocking charge of 20% applied to all returned merchandise. No returns will be accepted after a period of 30 days from shipping date.
